At Castle Paints Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

 

Delivery Areas
We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@castlepaints.ie

 

Processing Times
Order Processing: Orders placed before 11am on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Custom Orders: Orders requiring bespoke color matching or custom formulations may take additional time to process. We will communicate expected dispatch times upon order confirmation.

 

Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 1–4 business days.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Orders over €200 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

Packaging & Handling
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.

 

Delivery Conditions
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Castle Paints Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or carrier delays.

 

Returns Policy

Please be aware that certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products and mixed colours.

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
